New Haoyang high-end bearing project leads new breakthrough

The new Haoyang high-end bearing project, located in the Electromechanical Industrial Park of the Yantai high-tech zone, is the largest intelligent manufacturing project with investment introduced by the high-tech zone in recent years, and has been listed as a major construction industry project of the 2021 province of Shandong, equipment commissioning is expected to begin in October, with production to begin by the end of the year.

Construction began in the second half of 2020 and was completed in just over a year. Its main products are wind turbine main shaft bearings, shield machine bearings and so on, its 3-8 meters large scale section of the wind power bearing capacity accounted for about 30% of the national market share, ranking first in the country. The factory has only two sets of the world's largest 8 * 8 three-coordinate testing equipment and all kinds of high-end CNC machine tools more than 100 sets of equipment, production of a high degree of automation. The workshop adopts RGV logistics automatic transfer system, which can transport the workpiece to the relevant work station according to the instruction. At the same time with the World Top 500 SAP company, the procurement, production, quality and sales of various links, all-round information, intelligent management, production data and quality data accuracy. After the project reaches production, it can produce 2000 sets of high-end bearings, such as wind power precision bearings and large shield machine bearings, with an output value of 4 billion yuan.

The completion and commissioning of the project will lead the development of the high-end smart manufacturing industry in the high-tech zone and help Yantai build a strategic home for offshore wind power. At the same time, the high-tech zones will be encouraged to increase the total economic scale, highlight the cultivation of leading industries and scientific and technological innovation, and overcome the bottleneck of low concentration of high-end manufacturing industries and small economic scale in the high-tech zones.
